INGREDIENTS:

4 x Chicken/Beef Slices (100g) or 8 pcs of King Prawn

100g Broccoli

1 x Broccoli Stir Fry Sauce

¼ cup water about 100ml


EQUIPMENT: 
1 Wok / Deep pan
1 Strainer
1 Spatula


METHOD:

Step 1: Blanch the Broccoli
- Add some hot water into a pot and bring to a boil
- Add in the broccoli and cook for 2 minutes
- Strain the broccoli and discard the water from the pan

Step 2: Cook the Protein
- In a pan on a medium to high heat, add in the slice protein and pour in all of the sauce
- Stir fry and cook for 1 minute before adding water 
- Continue to stir fry and cook for another 2 minutes before adding the broccoli
- Combine and stir fry everything for 1 last minute and it's ready!

Step 3: Time to serve
- Best served immediately with some cooked rice
