2 x Chicken Slices (100g) and/or 1 seafood platter (4 x Half-shell Scallop, 4 x Crab Sticks, 2 x Patin Slices, Fish Noodles)
1 x Vegetable Platter (Cabbage, Onion, Corn, Broccoli, Enoki Mushroom, White Crab Mushroom)
1 x Tom yam soup (1 liter)
1 packet of Aromatic (Kafir lime leaves, chili and lemongrass)
Step 1: Boil the soup
- In a pot add in the soup and bring to a boil and the aromatics (Kafir Lime leaves, Chili and Lemongrass)
- Add in all the protein and cook for 1 minute before adding vegetables and bring to a boil and it's ready!
Step 2: Time to serve
- Best served immediately with some cooked rice or noodles
