INGREDIENTS:

2 x Chicken Chop marinated with special mix herb rub (150g) /or 350 g NZ Lamb Chop

100g Broccoli

150g Corn

20g Margarine

200ml hot water


EQUIPMENT: 
1 Pan with lid
1 Spatula


METHOD:

Step 1: Cook Corn and Broccoli
- Add some 200ml hot water into a pot and bring to a boil
- Add in the corn, cover with a lid and cook for 6 minutes. Do turn the broccoli half way
- 1 minute before the corn is cooked, add in the broccoli and cook for 1 minute
- Once cooked, remove the vegetables and discard the water

Step 2: Cook the Protein

For Chicken
- In a pan on a medium to high heat, add in the Chicken Chop and cook for a total of 10 minutes covered and turning every 2 minutes
- In the final 2 minutes add in the Vegetables and some margarine 
- Once the chicken is cooked through and skin is nice and crispy, it's ready! 

For Lamb
- In a pan on a medium to high heat, add in the Lamb Chops and cook for a total of 5 minutes turning every 1.5 minutes until the lamb is cooked
- Once cooked, remove and set aside
- In the same pan add in the vegetables, some margarine and slightly char the vegetables and cook for 1 - 2 minutes

Step 3: Time to serve
- Best served immediately
