INGREDIENTS:

4 x Lamb/Chicken/Beef Slices (100g) 

100g Broccoli

1 x Sichuan Chili Paste

1 packet aromatics (Garic, leeks and dried chili)


EQUIPMENT: 
1 Wok / Deep Pan
1 Strainer
1 Spatula


METHOD:

Step 1: Cook the Broccoli
- Add some hot water into a pot and bring to a boil
- Add in the broccoli and cook for 3 - 4 minutes until slightly tender
- Strain the broccoli and discard the water from the pan

Step 2: Cook the Protein
- In a pan on a medium to high heat, add in the slice protein and pour in all of the Sichuan chili paste and add in the aromatics
- Stir fry and cook for 3 - 4 minutes until the meat is cooked through. Do not over cook the lamb or beef as it will be tough.

Step 3: Time to serve
- Best served immediately with some cooked rice or noodles
