INGREDIENTS:
4 x Chicken/Beef Slices (100g) or 200g Salmon Belly
1 x Vegetable Platter (Cabbage, Onion, Corn, Broccoli, Enoki Mushroom, White Crab Mushroom)
1 x Teppanyaki sauce
¼ cup water about 100ml
EQUIPMENT:
1 Non-stick Pan
1 Spatula
METHOD:
Step 1: Prepare and Cook the Protein
Salmon Belly
- Add in 1 tablespoon marinade into the protein
- Heat up the pan to a medium heat and add in the protein and cook for 1 minute before turning and grilling the other side. Cook for 2 minutes in total on each side
- Remove and set aside
Chicken/Beef
- Heat up the pan on a medium heat and add in the protein along with 2 tablespoons of marinade and cook for 2-3 minutes until the chicken/beef is cooked
- Remove and set aside
Step 2: Cook the Vegetables
- In the same pan, add in the vegetables and 1 tablespoon of the marinade
- Stir fry the vegetables and cook for 1 - 2 minutes
- Remove and set aside
Step 3: Make the Sauce
- In the same pan, add in the water and marinade and bring to a boil
- Cook until thickens
Step 4: Time to serve
- Best served immediately with some cooked rice or noodles
