Recipe Title: Thai Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS:
4 x Chicken/Beef Slices (100g) or 8 pcs of King Prawn
1 x Vegetable Platter (Cabbage, Onion, Corn, Broccoli, Enoki Mushroom, White Crab Mushroom)
1 x Thai Stir Fry Sauce
1 packet of Aromatic (Kafir lime leaves, chili and lemongrass)
¼ cup water about 100ml
EQUIPMENT:
1 Wok / Deep Pan
1 Spatula
METHOD:
Step 1: Cook the Protein
- In a pan on a medium to high heat, add in the slice protein and pour in half of the sauce
- Stir fry and cook for 1 minute before adding water
- Continue to stir fry and cook for another 2 minutes before adding the Vegetables and the aromatics
- Combine and stir fry everything for 1 last minute and it's ready!
Step 2: Time to serve
- Best served immediately with some cooked rice
